Autobiography of Brahmanandam

For some lucky people life is a bed of roses, for others it is a survival of the fittest. To succeed in life, they have to work hard. Those who work hard with dedication, whatever the goal might be will not be a difficult task to accomplish. The ideologies said above are evident from the comedy star Brahmanandam's life. Born on 1st February 1956, in a remote village called Mupalla in Sattenapalli, a clan of the vishwabrahmin, Brahmanadam is the only educated member in his family. After completing post graduation (MA), he worked as a Telugu lecturer in Attili College. During these days, he had a habit of entertaining his students with his mimicry sometimes. In an inter-college drama competition held at Narsaraopeta, he got the best supporting artist prize for the drama staged by their team. Watching his action in 'Moddabai' drama, popular director Jandhyala offered him a short role in 'Chantabbai', which was his first film. Later, in the direction of Jandhyala in Dr D Ramanaidu’s production 'Aha na pellanta' popularized him as a good artist. That was the beginning of the Brahmanandam era and till now the actor tickles the funny bone of the audiences. He had acted in over 700 movies and consequently entered into the Guiness Book of Records for his colossal career span. His very presence brings smile on the face of the spectators. Rome was not built in a day and same way he emerged after a plethora of hurdles in life. His struggles as an upcoming artist, his continuation of studies, the journey to stardom is all to be out as an autobiography shortly. As of now, about 60 percent of the book has been completed and it will soon be ready for publishing.
