The shooting of Villagelo Vinayakudu (part II of Vinayakudu) was wrapped up in a single schedule lasting in 36 days today. This film features Krishnudu playing the role of Vinayakudu. Sai Kiran Adivi who directed Vinayakudu is directing the sequel. He is also producing this movie on Moon Water Pictures banner. Sai Kiran is planning to launch the music on Vinayaka Chaviti. Incidentally Vinayakudu movie’s music was also launched on the day of Vinayaka Chaviti last year. Saranya Mohan plays female lead. Vinayakudu II is going to release on October 2.
Ali becoming a popular hero
Actor Ali has made his audience laugh with many of his flicks. Then he turned hero with couple of flicks. He was even approached for another flick for the role of a hero. The flick is directed by eminent writer Mohanrao Duriki who made his directorial debut with this flick. The movie also has Brahmanandam, Krishna Bhagwan among others in the cast. The flick as expected is a complete comedy entertainer. His other two flicks as hero were “Nachchavu Alludu” and “Thinnama Padukundaama Tellarinda” from the recent releases which did not do well. But then, this has not stopped him from being roped into movies and that too into lead roles.Sameera replaces Shriya
One of the hottest stars of southern cinema, Shriya Saran has ruled the southern industry for the last few years. Later she changed her focus to Bollywood but nothing really clicked there. According to sources, she is planning to get back to southern industry. Meanwhile there are reports that she has been replaced in a Tamil movie. It seems that she was supposed to act in a Tamil flick with Ajith but now Sameera Reddy has been signed for the role. Sources indicate that this has not gone too well with Shriya. Well let us wait and watch what’s Shriya’s next move will be. While the success graphs of Shriya and Sameera cannot be compared, let us see how Shriya would make a comeback.
