Yandamoori Veerendranath born on Nov 14

An Eminent writer, motivator and personality development trainer, Yandamoori Veerendranath is a Chartered Accountant by profession. Initially a play-write, he wrote about 10 plays. One of his plays Raghupathi Raghava Rajaram won the prestigious Sahitya Academy Award for the year 1981. Later he went on to pen about 50 novels, and a few them like 'Thulasidalam', 'Vennello Aadapilla' have been transformed into celluloid. Most of his works are also translated into Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. One of his most popular works on personality development 'Vijayaniki Aidu Metlu' registered a record sale.
