Tollywood on a mission for peace

Condemning recent Mumbai terror attacks, and to express homage to the brave soldiers and the deceased, Telugu Film Industry is organizing a peace procession this month on 14th. The news was shared by the president of Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce, KS RamaRao in a press-meet held on Thursday. Briefing on the procedures KS Rama Rao said, “On Dec 14th at 10:00 am, the participants will pay respects to the deceased at Ravindhra Bharathi, after which the peace procession will start off from Ravindhra Bharathi and proceed to the Mahatma Gandhi statue in AP Assembly, where they will offer bouquets instigating the need for peace. Members from all the divisions of film making will participate in the event.” President of MAA Murali Mohan, President of Directors Association N.Shankar, Chief Secretary AP Film Employees Federation Venu, C.Kalyan, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Benarjee, Hema, Vijayanand, Kadambari Kirankumar, Vijayendar Reddy and other members participated in the meet.
