After dabbling at direction, Pawan Kalyan now branches out into film production. He has already set up production house and is planning to start his maiden film as producer next year. Interestingly, he will not be acting in the movie but his brother’s son Ram Charan Teja will feature as the hero. Impressed with director Trivikram’s work in Jalsa, the ‘power star’ has asked Trivikram to direct this movie for him and also paid him a token advance, sources said.that Trivikram might start this film in December 2009.
Pawan always wanted to be a producer and make low and medium budgeted movies but he could not produce for various reasons. As he got much-needed blockbuster with Jalsa, he is venturing into other than the acting.
Currently Ram Charan is shooting for hotshot director S S Rajamouli’s period-romantic drama. Soon after this he will be working for Anajana Productions’ movie to be directed by Bhaskar.
